Social Security Disability Representation:

Foothills Disability Law represents disabled clients in their claims for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income filed with the Social Security Administration.

We assist clients in all stages of disability benefits appeals, including representation through your hearing before an Administrative Law Judge and appeals with the Appellate Council and the Federal Court.

Learn more about these benefits:

• Social Security Disability Insurance, also called Title 2, RSDI, DIB, available to people who have a good work record, but are no longer able to work.
• Supplemental Security Income, also called Title 16 or SSI, a needs-based program available to people who have not worked very much in the past 10 years, and are not able to work now.

Call to schedule an appointment at our offices located in Conover, North Carolina.  We are also available for in-home consultations or meetings at other agreed-upon locations upon request.  There is NO CHARGE for an initial consultation.

Medicaid Representation:

You can’t win your disability claim without proper medical treatment. If you are uninsured and financially eligible for Medicaid, and we are representing you for your Social Security disability claim, we will also represent you in your Medicaid application and at appellate hearings before Medicaid Hearing Officers.
